Hot out of the studio- a remix of fellow CO artist Pseudokiss Masochist can be found in the download area. The talented Mr. Pseudo will also be reciprocating. You can check out the original track (and several others) at his myspace page: http://www.myspace.com/pseudokiss
He will also be performing at The Cork in Fort Collins, CO on April 17.
I'm very pleased to announce that SC is teaming up with Grave Concerns Ezine for a little cross-promotion action. Being long-time supporters of the lesser-known acts as well as the bigger ones (2009 is their 10th year), they were one of my favorite webzines even before I ever thought of sending them or anyone else material myself (though of course the fact that they gave PPD a good review doesn't hurt, heh). Like many such operations, Grave Concerns is run by volunteers, so drop by & show 'em some love.
The newest being Bandcamp: http://skincontact.bandcamp.com - they offer downloads in pretty much every compressed format you might want, including lossless formats (FLAC and Apple lossless), AAC, ogg vorbis, and mp3. You can purchase entire releases or just single tracks.
I'm much happier with this one. All the content that was there on the old site is back now, also added some desktop backgrounds for download (see the "images" page under "downloads").
My favorite part is where he says it ” seems aimed at the type of people who have Orbital and Future Sound of London albums sitting alongside Coil and Skinny Puppy on their CD shelves.” Not only is it rather flattering, but it actually describes my own music collection pretty well.
The new album is nearing completion, so I’ve made a pre-order available here: http://www.skincontact.com/anti-pre. Includes extra goodies. Pre-orders are GREATLY appreciated.
Tommy T. from DSBP has offered to help with distribution when it is released (thanks man!).
